Las curvas de inducción están disponibles en ángulos de curvatura estándar, como 90°, 60°, 45° o 30°, etc., o se pueden fabricar a medida para ángulos de curvatura específicos. Los extremos de soldadura de la curva de inducción en caliente deben prepararse de acuerdo con ASME B16.25. Los ejemplos de radio de línea central de las curvas de inducción 3D, 5D, 6D, 7D, 8D, 9D son 6″ 5D, la línea central R = 5 x 6″ = 30″ = 762,0 mm. Estas curvas de inducción en caliente se fabrican de acuerdo con ASME B16.49, se requieren algunos detalles más: sin costura o soldadas, material, con o sin tangente, cantidad, tratamiento térmico, p. ej., curva de inducción en caliente de 90°, ASTM A234 WPB, SMLS R=5D 8″ SCH40, con una longitud de tangente=150 mm en cada extremo, extremo biselado, QT.
